Every review answered. In your voice.
Louva writes AI replies to your Google reviews, in your voice and your customer's language, and shows you what your customers keep repeating.
How you rank locally
Track your Google Maps position for local keywords and get a checklist for what's missing from your Business Profile.
How AI replies to Google reviews work
Four steps from sign-up to a reply that is live. The Google connection and daily drafts are part of the paid plans, and everything below is an example with made-up reviews.
Connect Google once
Sign in, then connect your Business Profile. Louva only lists your locations, reads your reviews and posts the replies you approved. You choose how much it does on its own.
Drafts are waiting in your inbox
New reviews arrive with a draft reply already written, in the customer's language and in your voice. Anything about health, legal action, abuse or theft is marked Held for you.
You approve, then it posts
Read the draft, change a word or ask for another version, and post with one click or Ctrl+Enter. Nothing goes live without you unless you switch automatic posting on.
See what customers repeat
The overview shows your average rating, how many reviews still need a reply, and the themes that come up again and again, so you know what to fix first.
Built to look attentive, without the hours
Any language
Replies come out in the language of each review, so tourists and locals both get a proper answer.
Your voice
Set your tone once, or paste a few replies you wrote and Louva learns how you write. You see what it learned and can edit it.
Careful with bad reviews
It apologizes once, never blames the customer, and never promises compensation you didn't offer. Anything about health, legal action, abuse or theft waits for you.
Spot the patterns
Paste a batch of reviews and see what customers praise, what they complain about and what to fix first.

Questions
Can AI respond to Google reviews for my business?
Yes. Louva drafts AI replies to your Google reviews in your tone and in each customer's language. By default you approve every reply before it's posted. You can also let replies to 4–5★ reviews post automatically, while negative and sensitive reviews always wait for you.
Does it post replies automatically?
No, not unless you turn it on. By default you read each reply and approve it yourself. Automatic posting through Google is optional, and sensitive reviews are always held for you.
Which languages does it support?
It replies in whatever language the review is written in. The app itself is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and German.
Is there a free plan?
No. Louva is a paid service: you need an active plan to open the dashboard. Business covers one location and Multi-location up to 10, both with a fair-use limit. The free review check on this site costs nothing.
Do I need a Google account?
You sign in with Google to create your account. Connecting your Google Business Profile, so Louva can read reviews and post the replies you approve, is a separate step in the dashboard.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Use Manage subscription in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

More Google reviews, one scan away
Make a printable card with a QR code that opens your Google review form. Put it on tables, the counter or the door. Free, no sign-in.
Where do I find my review link?
- On Google, signed in as the owner, search your business name. Your Business Profile tools appear at the top.
- Tap "Ask for reviews" (or "Get more reviews").
- Copy the link and paste it here.
You can also paste your Place ID (it usually starts with ChIJ).
Add your business name and review link to see your card here.
Print prints the card at real size on A4, ready to cut. The PNG is high resolution (300 dpi) for a print shop.
Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers. Show the card to every customer, it's also what looks most genuine.
Tables, the counter, next to the card machine or with the bill. The best moment is right after a good experience.
Discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews break Google's rules and can get reviews removed.
More reviews means more replies to write.
Louva drafts a reply to every Google review, in your voice and your customer's language. You approve, it's done.

About Louva
Why this exists
Honestly, I built this because I kept seeing the same thing. A restaurant, a clinic, whatever, sitting on a pile of one-star reviews nobody ever answered. Not because the owner didn't care, but because who has time to sit down and write a proper reply after a 10-hour day? Not me, and I don't even run a restaurant.
What Louva actually does
It reads your Google reviews, writes a reply back in whatever language the customer used, and tries to sound like you wrote it, not a bot. You see it first, always. Nothing goes out without your say-so, unless you'd rather turn that off. And if a review mentions something serious, health, legal stuff, safety, it just waits for you. No automatic reply to that, ever.
Who it's for
Mostly it's for someone running one place who doesn't want to hire an extra person just to deal with reviews. If you've got a few locations or a bunch of clients, there's a bigger plan for that too.
Where it stands today
It's still early days, so some things are rough. If you hit something weird or you're missing a feature, just tell me. I actually read every message that comes through the contact form myself.
What's next
Right now I'm mostly focused on getting the reply side solid. After that, I want to build out local search, actually showing you where you rank and what's holding you back, instead of just guessing.
